I'm the admin, but am just really a user - I don't know HTML or php. I think the website designer used a standard WordPress template and modified it slightly to add our graphic. My Dashboard says "Theme Mainstream with 1 Widget". I don't know that she played with the menu bar any, if at all, since we had to get the site up quickly. Good luck!
